Resuming the Atlas Mountains Hiking Experience

We are thrilled to share that after a short pause, we are resuming the hiking day experience we offer in the Atlas Mountains with our stellar team of local mountain guides. Our guides have carefully assessed the situation in the mountains and have determined that as of this week, it’s safe to resume the hikes on several trails around the villages of Imlil and Ourika.

A Welcome Return to a Popular Activity

This has long been one of our most popular activities, and we’re delighted to be able to offer it once more, while also bringing much-needed tourism to the region.

Supporting Local Communities Through Partnership

In addition, we are partnering with NGOs that are assisting with the reconstruction efforts in this area, and we will be making a donation on behalf of each traveler who goes on a hike. If travelers wish to contribute directly, we will share a list of trusted partners as well as examples of supplies that can be brought in (particularly school supplies and winter gear) for in-kind donations.
